UHS is a leading healthcare service provider in Ireland, established by highly experienced professional social care managers, systemic psychotherapy experts and Health Services provision.
We specialize in provision care to individuals in need and their families in the comfort of their homes, to young persons and other individuals physical and complex needs. These include people who may need support with their Activities of Daily Living in their homes or in residential care facilities. We assemble qualified and dedicated social care professionals and other multi-disciplinary network to provide person-centred-care services. Our homecare clients include HSE and private referrals.

UHS operates under the HIQA regulatory frameworks. HIQA constitutes an independent authority vested with the duty to drive quality, safety and accountability in all social care services in Ireland. HIQA inspects social services in Ireland to advocate for security and excellence in child welfare programmes.
UHS strive to excel in keeping the national standard of the HIQA regulatory framework. UHS develop and implements policies, procedures, and new ways of working in compliance with the National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities 2013

Our private referral process

A family contacts us by email or phone, and we discuss their homecare support needs; the family identifies the type of care and support they need, and we offer different packages tailored to the individual support need. Where required, we also provide advice on the suitable package for the needs of their beloved ones.
We finally activate steps to provide our person-centred care and support focused on the will and preferences of the individual.

Agency Staff Recruitment and Provisioning

We hire and draw together a pool of highly qualified and well-motivated staff with diverse backgrounds to provide support services to other healthcare providers in Ireland. We achieve this through staff recruitment and provisioning on an agency basis.
