Our organisation recognises the need for emergency care provision in Ireland, and we work to provide support services in this area on a 24hrs basis. We achieve this through well-qualified social care workers who are ever ready to provide quality care and support to the young persons in our emergency accommodations, aiming at transitioning them to permanent residences.
Meeting this need requires a holistic assessment of each situation to ensure that the needs of the young persons are met.

Our organisation recognises the need for support service provision to young persons who, for one reason or another, cannot remain in their own homes. 
We provide a secure base environment in which the individuals are supported to explore their environments by recognising their fundamental human rights, helping them make informed choices aimed at fulfilling and enriching lives or potentials.
Our designated centres are designed to meet the needs of these residents, and these are achieved through careful and rigorous risk and needs assessments by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, their families and management of the organisation with the individual at the epicentre. Our centres work with person-centred planning, individualised risk management plan, and behavioural support interventions in place as part of their assessed needs.
We also support young people who, for some reason, cannot live within their family homes; we create interventions to help promote individual skills through goals development, achievement and fulfilment built on a person-centred support plan. We also achieve interventions through holistic need assessments.
