We have a highly qualified staff team in our network. These include psychotherapists, physiotherapists, Chiropodist, Nurses, GP, behavioural therapists, speech and Language therapists, social workers, health and social care workers and other allied professionals.
 
We work with these multi-disciplinary professionals and families to identify the strength of the individual and tailor their care plans to meet their needs anchored on their rights, wills, and preferences in setting their goals, putting their interests, safety, and well-being at the forefront.

 

Debby Kluczenko: CEO/Managing Director

Masters with a Professional Practice in Systemic Psychotherapy (Clanwilliam Institute).

Debby has extensive experience in Social Care Governance and Management and over twenty years of experience working with marginalised individuals and groups within homeless services, residential services for young adults and the intellectual disability sector. Through professional experiences and various training, Debby is Skilled in Governance Project Management, Strategic planning, and Organizational Leadership.
Debby is also a Systemic Psychotherapist with values and ethics rooted in respect for human rights. Debby is passionate about Advocacy, Empowerment, diversity, and inclusion, promoting equality and social justice. It is not enough that people accept others, but that people try to understand and respect the backgrounds of others. Society must disassemble all stereotypes and perceptions of people and groups to move past prejudices.
Debby has also taken other professional training programmes relevant to various roles she has handled.
Debby engages in several well-being activities outside her professional work: she enjoys distance running, cycling, and hiking. Debby can also be found dancing salsa with her friends around some social clubs in Dublin.
Debby is a Co-founder and the CEO of Ultra Healthcare Services.

The Director of Operations has several years experience working with intellectual disability in high and medium support residential services operating in the frontline for many years with tremendous experience in positive-intervention-creation based on a person-centred approach and right-based models of care.
With a background in Law, Chidozie specializes in regulatory compliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995. He is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He holds a Master of International Law and Diplomacy from the prestigious University of Lagos.
Chidozie relocated to Ireland in 2016. In conjunction with his legal career, Chidozie became interested in health and social care services. Chidozie started with QQI Level 5 in healthcare, and shortly after, proceeded to the then Institute of Technology, Carlow and obtained a Higher Diploma in Applied Social Studies in Professional social care (Level 8).
His ambition to provide the best support in this healthcare field saw him enrol in the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, where he obtained a Diploma in Health Services Management preparatory for a higher role in quality service delivery. Chidozie is a founding member of Ultra Healthcare and co-director of Optimal Healthcare Services Ltd. He is focused and passionate about providing the best quality care by ensuring regulatory and quality compliance in ultra-healthcare service provision.

Ikem is a dedicated, highly motivated, and client-focused social care professional with over five years of experience working in the social care sector. He has a keen interest in ensuring that vulnerable people are availed of quality care support while demonstrating the principles of person-centred care, promoting independence, and choice. Ikem is a goal-oriented leader with a proven ability to coach and motivate teams toward achieving a high standard of service provision.
Ikem has a degree in Management and worked in the financial sector in Nigeria for over ten years before leaving on a high note as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Banking. He took up a job as the Group Chief Operating Officer in a multi-billion consumer goods distribution and logistics company for over five years before relocating to Ireland with his family in 2017.
In Ireland, Ikem fulfilled his desire and loved to support vulnerable people to achieve their goals by going into social care practice in 2018. He attained a Higher Diploma of Arts in Applied Social Studies (Professional Social Care) and a level 8 certification in Leadership and Change Management in 2021, and this has immensely enhanced his knowledge about managerial responsibilities and getting the best out of a team in the ever-dynamic social care setting.
Ikem is a conscientious man, and his passion for quality service delivery and vast experience in managing people have been crucial factors in his new managerial role since Feb 2022, as he aspires to make a more positive impact in the life of the people he supervises and the service users he supports in the residential care facilities.

Nwanne holds a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology. She started her working life as a banker and, throughout 14 years, had several portfolios, including managerial positions in the sector. As part of her career development, she obtained a Master of Business Administration (Marketing/Management) from the Lagos State University, Lagos- Nigeria. She has put these transferrable skills to practical use in her work in the healthcare sector.
Upon arrival in Ireland in 2011, Nwanne went into the healthcare sector. She commenced her ventures by studying Healthcare QQI Level 5 and Child Psychology QQ1 Level 6. Nwanne also did Supervision Theory and Practice QQI Level 7. To further her knowledge in social care, she attended the then Institute of Technology, Carlow, where she obtained a Higher Diploma in Arts in Applied social studies in professional social care Level 8.
Nwanne Okoroji started her early years in the Healthcare sector working in Child Care Services. She also worked in Home Care services supporting older persons within the auspice of various organizations. Nwanne then joined the intellectual disability sector working in residential centres and gaining over eight years of experience in adult disability services. Nwanne has a deep passion for high standards and quality person-centred care provision, which reflects in her outstanding attention to detail.
